BOOKING

Our booking process is straightforward and tailored for long-term stays with a minimum of 1 month. Here’s how it works:

1.Submit Your Request
Provide your desired check-in date, number of guests, and preferred suite(s) for our review.

2.Confirm Your Stay
We’ll finalize your check-in date and length of stay (minimum 1 month) with you.

3.Pay the Application Fee
We’ll send an invoice for a non-refundable application fee of 100,000 yen. You’ll also receive templates of the Rental Agreement and General House Service Agreement.

4.Review the Agreements
Once we receive the fee, we’ll prepare the final agreements for your review. No signature needed at this stage.

5.Check-In and Payment
On check-in day, you’ll pay the first month’s rent, minus the application fee. You’ll also sign the Rental Agreement and General House Service Agreement.

Important
Signing the General House Service Agreement is required to ensure a comfortable stay.
